- Life in Germany: We guide participants through essential aspects of daily life in Germany, including banking, housing, transportation, and cultural norms.
- Safety and Health Essentials: Workplace safety and hygiene protocols are thoroughly covered, including RTI Basic Life Support training program (CPR – AED).
- Project Understanding: Detailed seminars delve into project plans, organization charts, relations with local authorities, and yard conditions.
- Basic Road Safety: The RSA road safety induction ensures safe movement within project sites.
Specialty-Specific Training:
- PV Electricians: Supervising construction teams and ensuring the installation of the solar energy system is weatherproof and secure. Maintaining and servicing the solar energy systems to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.
- PV Monteurs / Installers: Assessing the installation site including analyzing the structure and measuring areas for solar panel installation. Configuring, installing and connecting solar panels.
- Foremen (Bauleiters): Supervisory skills are honed through instruction on safety protocols, labor law compliance, project planning, material ordering, asphalt quality control, and documentation procedures.
- Fiber Optic Technicians: In-depth training covers fiber optic theory, multiduct joining methods, microcable handling, blowing techniques, color coding, splicing, and OTDR/Power Meter measurements.
- Machinery Operators: Participants learn safe operation of mini-excavators, loaders, and other machinery.
- Drivers: Truck and trailer driving practices, vehicle documentation requirements, and emergency response procedures are addressed.
- Workers: Hands-on training covers construction site marking, Rutteplatte handling, asphalt cutting, and basic tool maintenance.
Advanced Training Facilities:
- Seminar Room: A well-equipped space with seating for 20 and audio-visual technology facilitates interactive learning.
- Fiber Optic Training Room: This dedicated space houses splicing equipment, OTDRs, optical components, various cables for practical exercises.
- Photovoltaic System Training Room: Fully equipped room with samples of Inverters and Power Panels to simulate installations of Photovoltaic Systems.
- Outdoor Training Area: A realistic outdoor environment features a Sample Roof, Inverter and Power panel to simulate Photovoltaic System installation. Permanent microduct installation, different pavement surfaces, pre-installed distribution points (DPs), and simulated customer connections. Machinery operation and excavation training also take place here.

Assessment and Certification:
- Written and Oral Exams: Following each training level, participants demonstrate their acquired knowledge through exams. Results are documented and shared electronically.
